Chapter 7 fees

• Credit Counseling fee= ~$40
• Typical attorney fee charged by this office = ~$1,500

*You may make monthly payments to our office, but the Court will not allow us to file until we are paid in full for Chapter 7.

• Upfront required fee= $1,500
• Filing fee= $310
